Please carefully study the following eligibility criteria before applying for membership:
1. Ordinary Member
- Any person, firm, company or corporation carrying on business of manufacture and sale of forgings and stampings as his or its principal business shall be entitled to become an Ordinary Member of the Association.
- The opinion of the Managing Committee as to whether a particular person, firm, joint-stock Company or Corporation is carrying on business of manufacture and sale of forgings and stampings as his or its principal business shall be final and binding.
2. Membership Rates
- Entrance Fee: This is exclusive of the Annual Subscription Fee and is a one-time payment.

- Annual Membership Subscription Fee: The Annual Subscription Fees for all Ordinary Members will be in addition to the above one-time Entrance Fees and is based on a Slab System on the Annual Gross Sales Turnover. The Subscription Slabs are as follows:

Between ₹ 100 Crores to 200 Crore | ₹ 1,00,000 + 18,000 = ₹1,18,000 |
Above ₹ 200 Crores | ₹ 2,00,000 + 36,000 = ₹ 2,36,000 |
- NOTE:
- a. Currently, GST being charged @18%.
- b. The Annual Membership Subscription falls due on 1st April of each year.
- c. The last date for paying Annual Membership Subscription is 30th June of each year.
3. Procedure For Processing of Membership Applications
- a. The Ordinary membership Application shall be Countersigned by another member company of AIFI.
- b. The application shall be approved in the Managing Committee Meeting.

- 3 Submit the form via email to admin.aifi@indianforging.org, along with the following documents:
- Membership subscription payment based on the slab rate applicable to your gross turnover as of March 31, 2024, plus a one-time entrance fee.
- Company/Product catalog (if available).
- Balance sheet copy for the last financial year.

Associate Member
please carefully study the following eligibility criteria before applying for membership:
1. Associate Member
- Any individual, firm, institution or association who/which is either domiciled in India or abroad or has a place of business in India or abroad or a company formed and registered under the laws in force in India or abroad at the time of its registration who agrees with the aims and objects of the Association and sympathises with its activities can become an Associate member by applying to the Association.
- The application for becoming an Associate member of the Association shall be on a prescribed form signed by the candidate and shall be countersigned by any two persons who shall be either members of the Association or authorised representatives of non-individual members and one of whom at least shall be member of the Committee and against each of whom there are no outstanding dues to the Association and whose names appear on the membership register of the Association.
- On the application form being accepted by the Committee, the candidate for the Associate membership shall become an Associate member of the Association and shall be liable to pay such annual subscription as may be in force from time to time as applying to Associate membership.
- The Managing Committee in its own discretion may reject any application for Associate Membership and in such cases it is not bound to give reasons for rejecting such application. The Managing Committee shall be final authority in deciding such applications. The decision of the Managing Committee shall be binding on all the applicants.
- An Associate Member shall be entitled to the same privileges, services, and advantages of the Association as an Ordinary Member, excepting:
- The right to vote for any purpose at the general meeting or;
- To contest elections to the Managing Committee of the Association, or;
- To hold any office in the Association, or;
- To suggest any amendment or changes in the Constitution or;
- To represent the Association on public or semi-public bodies or;
- To propose or second or campaign for any candidate for election to the Managing Committee and;
- Any other right that may be excluded by the Managing Committee.
2. Membership Rates

- For Companies (Turnover-Based)
